Belimo ZoneTight™ QCV – Electronic Fail-Safe Actuator

The Belimo ZoneTight™ QCV equipped with an Electronic Fail-Safe actuator provides automatic valve positioning in the event of power failure. Unlike conventional spring-return actuators, Belimo's electronic fail-safe technology offers reliable safety operation while maintaining a compact footprint and low energy consumption.

The ZoneTight™ QCV represents Belimo's latest generation of room and zone control solutions. Featuring a space-saving 2-way or 3-way ball valve design combined with a high-performance electric actuator, the valve requires only 4.33 inches (110 mm) of installation height, making it ideal for confined HVAC installations.

The valve is suitable for fan coil units (FCUs), chilled beams, VAV systems, heating and cooling coils, and other room or zone control applications.
