The Techneau Star 1000 is an integrated wastewater pumping station designed for large residential and urban applications. It is equipped with two DN65 submersible pumps mounted on guide supports and controlled by a stainless-steel piezoelectric probe.
Two tank configurations are available:
- Star 1000 – 2 m height: Standard IL of 1,200 mm, adjustable from 800 to 1,300 mm.
- Star 1000 – 2.5 m height: Standard IL of 1,700 mm, adjustable from 1,300 to 1,700 mm.
IL (Inlet Level) refers to the wastewater inlet level and is a key parameter when selecting an underground wastewater pumping station.
Pump Features
The DN65 pumps are designed for wastewater containing significant amounts of solids and feature:
- 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase
- Cast-iron pump housing and Vortex impeller
- Steel motor cover
- Protection rating: IP68
- Insulation class: Class F
- Maximum liquid temperature: +50°C
- Suitable for liquids with high solids content
- Free passage: 65 mm
- Discharge connection: 2½"
- 10 m cable with 2 equipotential bonding conductors

The Star 1000 collection tank is manufactured from corrosion-resistant polyethylene and reinforced with structural ribs for improved mechanical strength.
Key features include:
- Usable sub-inlet volume: 640 L
- Lockable anti-slip cover for safe installation
- External PVC female connection for Ø200 PVC pipe
- External PVC pressure discharge connection: Ø75
- Sealed PVC Ø100/117 female ventilation connection with plug for Ø100 PVC pipe
- 2 TPC Ø76/90 cable sleeves
- Installation straps for easier handling and positioning
Internal Equipment
- 2 submersible pumps
- Cast-iron pump support system with stainless-steel guide rails for easier pump installation and removal
- 2 PVC DN65 discharge pipes
- 2 PVC ball valves and 2 cast-iron DN65 check valves mounted on connection fittings
- 1 alarm float switch with 10 m cable
- 1 stainless-steel piezoelectric probe mounted on a weighted chain with 10 m cable
- Polyethylene frame for supporting the protective basket
- Stainless-steel anti-fall safety grid for the Ø740 mm polyethylene opening
