Vacuum Degassers

The Vacuum Degasser uses vacuum degassing technology to remove dissolved gases and micro air bubbles from closed hydronic systems by creating a controlled negative-pressure vacuum chamber. This highly efficient process rapidly eliminates entrained air, improving system reliability, reducing maintenance requirements, and enhancing overall energy efficiency. Excess air in an HVAC system can lead to air entrainment, where circulating water contains air bubbles and the pump is unable to maintain a fully flooded suction condition. As a result, pump performance decreases, system efficiency is reduced, and both heating and cooling performance are adversely affected. This not only increases energy consumption but also compromises indoor comfort. Air within the system also accelerates the deterioration of pumps, valves, piping, and other mechanical components while promoting corrosion and sludge formation. Over time, these issues lead to higher maintenance costs, shorter equipment life, reduced operating efficiency, and increased energy usage. By continuously removing dissolved gases and micro air bubbles, a Vacuum Degasser helps maintain optimal hydraulic performance, improves heat transfer efficiency, extends equipment service life, and ensures stable, energy-efficient operation of HVAC systems.
