The TOZEN LS Connector Rubber Expansion Joint is a specialized flexible expansion joint designed to absorb large pipeline movements while providing outstanding vibration and noise isolation. Engineered for demanding infrastructure and industrial applications, the LS Connector accommodates significant axial, lateral, and angular displacement, helping to protect piping systems from stresses caused by thermal expansion, ground settlement, vibration, and structural movement.

The LS Connector is available in four displacement capacities of 20 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm, and 200 mm, allowing engineers to select the appropriate solution according to project requirements.

A key feature of the LS Connector is its highly flexible rubber body. With the exception of the flanges, every component is designed to deform elastically, enabling the joint to absorb large displacement and expansion movements while minimizing stress transferred to the piping system. This significantly improves system reliability and extends equipment service life.

The LS Connector is particularly suitable for pipelines installed in soft ground, where soil settlement may create excessive stress on buried pipelines. It is also widely used for bridge crossings, river crossings, road and railway crossings, water pipe bridges, manhole installations, thermal expansion compensation, and vibration isolation for pumps and other rotating equipment.

Designed for both above-ground and underground installations, the LS Connector supports medium-pressure applications up to 0.5 MPa and high-pressure applications up to 1.0 MPa. For underground applications, it is suitable for vacuum conditions down to −0.1 MPa (−760 mmHg).
