The TOZEN FLEXI-DRAIN Rubber Expansion Joint is engineered for drainage and low-pressure piping systems where thermal expansion, structural movement, and installation tolerances must be accommodated without placing excessive stress on the pipeline. Designed for both above-ground and underground installations, the FLEXI-DRAIN combines outstanding flexibility with durable construction for long-term performance.

Manufactured by TOZEN Japan, the FLEXI-DRAIN utilizes high-quality reinforced rubber that allows the joint to accommodate up to 100 mm of axial movement, making it an ideal solution for drainage systems, wastewater pipelines, and other low-pressure water applications.

One of its key advantages is its suitability for underground installation. Reinforced with internal steel rings, the FLEXI-DRAIN can be buried at depths of up to 1.5 meters without deformation or structural damage. Unlike many underground flexible joints, it does not require additional external protective structures, allowing installation in the same manner as a conventional rubber expansion joint.

Installation is further simplified by the use of stainless steel retaining bands, which reduce installation time and labor costs. Multiple FLEXI-DRAIN units can also be connected in series when greater movement compensation is required for critical piping systems.
