The Flamco NexusValve TW DN25 Thermal Balancing Valve is specifically developed to maintain balanced temperatures throughout domestic hot water circulation systems. Installed on the return line of each circulation branch, the valve automatically regulates water flow based on the return water temperature, ensuring that every branch receives sufficient hot water while minimizing unnecessary circulation.

Designed in accordance with DVGW W551 and W553 recommendations, the valve contributes to improved energy efficiency, reduced water waiting times, and enhanced system hygiene. An integrated thermostatic control element automatically regulates temperatures between 50°C and 60°C with high control accuracy, while the automatic thermal disinfection function activates when temperatures exceed 65°C to support Legionella prevention.

Manufactured from corrosion-resistant red brass, the valve offers excellent durability and long-term reliability in potable water applications. It is supplied with an integrated thermometer and thermal insulation jacket (optional versions available without these accessories), allowing easy commissioning, temperature monitoring, and maintenance.
