Founded in 1991 as part of the French GAEUA Group, Techneau originated as a company specializing in the design and marketing of pumping and water treatment equipment. After years of development and continuous expansion, Techneau is now recognized as a leading company in France for the design and manufacture of technical water treatment solutions. The company has three subsidiaries in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Spain, together with an extensive distributor network across Europe and countries in the Mediterranean region. Techneau is capable of supplying efficient, high-quality water treatment equipment to numerous partners worldwide. The company is now moving towards developing its presence in other international markets, including Asia in general and Vietnam in particular.

Techneau's solutions include: Water Pretreatment and Treatment (dirt separators, oil and grease separators); Pumping Stations (for residential properties, medium-sized communities, and large-scale developments); Water Regulation (hydraulic equipment, water flow regulation and control, stormwater regulation chambers, and pressure pipes); Water Collection and Drainage (floor drainage systems, covers and paving, siphonic piping systems, and drainage channels). All products are designed and manufactured according to three criteria: Long Service Life, Recyclability, and Sustainable Quality. Today, Techneau employs more than 170 people across its three companies—TECHNEAU, PLASTEAU, and CHAUDREAU—and operates on an approximately 8-hectare site in France, comprising 12,000 m² of office and manufacturing facilities, in addition to warehouse space.
