The Flamco T-plus Smart Branching Tool is specially designed to create new pipe branches quickly and easily without shutting down or draining the existing system. Its unique activation mechanism enables a clean branch connection directly on an operating pipeline, reducing installation time, labor and system downtime.

Two main T-plus versions are available: cast iron for thick-wall steel pipes and copper for copper, thin-wall steel and stainless-steel pipes.

The T-plus Smart Cast Iron Branch Connection introduces a practical method for creating new branches on existing pipework without cutting, welding or interrupting system operation. Its unique combination of a piston, retaining pin and activation mechanism allows the installer to create a clean opening in the pipe and establish a new branch with minimal preparation.

Once the retaining pin is removed, the activation charge drives the screw forward to make a clean opening in the pipe. This eliminates the need for conventional cutting or welding and makes branch installation possible even where working space is limited.

A key advantage of T-plus is that the existing system can remain in operation during installation. There is no need to drain the pipeline, helping prevent air and contaminants from entering the system while reducing downtime and installation costs.

T-plus can be used for:

Central heating and air-conditioning systems
Potable water installations
Solar energy systems
Fire protection systems
Industrial applications, including compressed-air systems
