The TOZEN LS Connector G Rubber Expansion Joint is specifically designed to protect piping systems against extreme ground movement caused by earthquakes, land subsidence, and differential settlement. As a seismic-resistant expansion joint, it provides exceptional flexibility while maintaining the integrity of critical piping networks under severe operating conditions.
The LS Connector G accommodates 300 mm or 400 mm of pipeline displacement, offering significantly greater movement capability than conventional rubber expansion joints. Its highly flexible construction effectively absorbs vibration, axial movement, lateral displacement, and thermal expansion, helping to prevent excessive stress and mechanical damage to pipelines.
This expansion joint is particularly suitable for installations where pipelines pass through areas susceptible to seismic activity or unstable ground conditions. By compensating for large ground movements, the LS Connector G helps protect pipelines against rupture, misalignment, and structural failure during earthquakes or ground deformation.
The product is widely applied in underground water supply systems, river crossings, road crossings, railway crossings, bridge piping, manhole connections, industrial facilities, and other infrastructure projects requiring high reliability and long-term durability.
Designed for both above-ground and buried installations, the LS Connector G supports operating pressures of up to 1.0 MPa (10.2 kgf/cm²) and is suitable for underground applications operating under vacuum conditions down to −0.1 MPa (−760 mmHg).
