The Fesco Residential Sprinkler Flexible Hose Assembly is a specialized flexible connection system developed specifically for residential automatic fire sprinkler systems. Manufactured by PARATECH Korea under the Fesco brand, it is engineered to provide faster installation, greater flexibility, and improved construction efficiency for apartment buildings, condominiums, hotels, dormitories, and other residential developments.

Unlike conventional rigid pipe connections, the Residential Sprinkler Flexible Hose Assembly allows installers to position sprinkler heads quickly without complicated pipe threading or extensive field adjustments. The flexible hose design accommodates a wide range of ceiling configurations while maintaining accurate sprinkler positioning, significantly reducing installation time on site.

The assembly features an innovative screw-controlled bracket and mounting knob system, providing secure installation while allowing fast adjustment during construction. This design simplifies installation procedures and enables technicians to make precise sprinkler positioning with minimal effort.

The system is particularly advantageous for projects with low or congested ceiling spaces, where conventional rigid piping may be difficult to install. By minimizing the required ceiling space, the Residential Flexible Hose Assembly can reduce ceiling cavity requirements by approximately 50% compared with traditional piping arrangements. The recommended minimum ceiling space is only 150 mm, making it well suited to modern residential buildings where maximizing usable floor-to-ceiling height is an important design consideration.
