The SAMYANG YPR-41 Pressure Reducing Valve is specifically designed to automatically reduce and maintain a constant downstream pressure for water and steam systems. By compensating for fluctuations in upstream pressure, the valve protects pipelines, steam equipment, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and other system components while improving operating efficiency and reducing energy consumption.
Constructed with a heavy-duty cast iron flanged body, the YPR-41 is designed for PN20 working pressure with a 35 bar hydrostatic test pressure. The valve is available with two outlet pressure adjustment ranges—0.5–7 bar and 7–12 bar—allowing engineers to select the appropriate operating range for different applications.
Designed for installation in either horizontal or vertical pipelines, the YPR-41 is widely used in steam boilers, steam distribution networks, district heating systems, food processing plants, textile factories, hospitals, commercial buildings, and industrial process systems requiring accurate pressure regulation.
