ParaTech (Fesco) is a well-established name and a leading manufacturer of fire protection equipment in South Korea, ranked among the world's top five major fire protection equipment manufacturers. Its extensive product portfolio includes alarm valves, deluge valves, UL/FM-listed valves, fire sprinkler heads, flexible sprinkler hoses, and many other products for fire protection systems.

In 1973, when the fire protection industry was still in its early stages, Paradise in South Korea began operations with the corporate philosophy of “contributing to human society by preventing fires to protect human lives and social assets.” Paradise subsequently obtained more than 20 national certifications for fire protection products, including fire sprinkler heads, and became the first company to introduce these products to the South Korean market.

In the 1980s, starting with heating system radiators, Paradise Industry acquired Korea Industrial Standard (KS), a South Korean manufacturer of pressure reducing devices, gas valves, ball valves, and hot water distribution equipment.

In 1995, ParaTech established its Research and Development (R&D) center to improve existing product designs and research and develop new products. Despite challenging business conditions, Paradise continued to accelerate new product development and introduce entirely new concepts, including fire sprinkler products, automatic fire extinguishers designed to prevent kitchen fire accidents, and CPVC materials offering excellent corrosion resistance.

Paradise has obtained 31 international certifications, including US UL/FM, UK LPCB, and Japan FESC certifications, for fire sprinkler heads, fire protection valves—including alarm valves, early-activation pre-action and deluge valves—and flexible sprinkler hoses. These certifications support the company's exports to markets around the world. Since 2006, Paradise has generated significant export revenue, contributing substantially to its overall business income.
