Inta UK Achieves Sales Milestone of 2 Million Thermostatic Mixing Valves in 2022

INTA, a leading manufacturer of HVAC and water piping systems in the UK and Europe, recently reported record sales for its thermostatic mixing valve line, reaching two million units sold – one of their flagship, technologically advanced valves.

The Inta Thermostatic Mixing Valve, or "Thermostatic Mixing Valve," was among the first products launched when the company was founded in 2002. Its primary function is to provide blended hot water and prevent scalding for faucets and bathrooms.

The Intamix thermostatic mixing valve has undergone independent testing and is NSF approved, meeting the requirements of the Department of Health (DoH) Technical Memoranda notice 04-01: Supplement, Performance Specification D 08: thermostatic mixing valves (healthcare premises). It is also WRAS approved (a certification issued in the UK for water supply equipment providers).

The Intamix thermostatic mixing valve series has also been tested, approved, and certified under the NSF TMV2 scheme, complying with BS EN 1111: 2017 and BS EN 1287: 2017 Thermostatic Mixing Valves, which are commonly required for installation in the UK.
