Recently, on its latest news platform, the Dutch manufacturer Flamco shared important updates regarding strategic steps to strengthen the Flamco brand identity and expand its global presence. Specifically, effective from January 1, 2025, two member companies — Flamco IMZ BV and Flamco Flexcon BV — will officially merge with Aalberts hfc BV (formerly Flamco BV).

What Is the Purpose of the Merger?

Accordingly, the merger between Aalberts hfc BV (formerly Flamco BV), Flamco Flexcon BV, and Flamco IMZ BV is intended to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen market presence, drive innovation, and deliver greater value to stakeholders.

By combining resources, expertise, and infrastructure, Aalberts hfc BV is positioning itself for sustainable growth, stronger competitive advantages, and improved customer experiences.

It should be noted that this merger does not apply to the Dutch branch of Aalberts hfc NV (formerly Comap NV).

The company will operate under the name Aalberts hfc BV, representing Aalberts hydronic flow control. Product brands such as Flamco and Comap will continue to appear on product packaging and all brand-related communications associated with Flamco.
