The Red Sea Development Project in Saudi Arabia is a prime example of sustainable luxury. We are delighted to announce that Ecotherm Austria has become a supplier of heat transfer solutions for the hot water, steam, and solar energy systems for all hotel projects being built within this development initiative, in collaboration with Ecotherm's trusted partner, Al Maymanah Contracting. Ecotherm's work on this project includes partnerships with leading resorts such as Six Senses Southern Dunes, the renowned Rosewood Amaala & Wellness Core, the luxurious Four Seasons Hotels chain, and the new Nujuma Ritz-Carlton Reserve.

For the Nujuma Ritz-Carlton Reserve project on the Ummahat Al Shayk Islands, Ecotherm installed 14 High Capacity Water Heaters with capacities ranging from 1,250 to 2,500 liters. This project was completed in just 10 weeks, meeting all deadlines. Ecotherm's High Capacity Water Heaters are a unique, patented solution exclusively from Ecotherm Austria. This type of industrial heater heats water rapidly from 12°C to 60°C or more in just one second, thanks to its shell-and-tube heat exchanger.

The fast, efficient heating reduces the number of tanks and optimizes storage volume. This allows Ecotherm's system to achieve energy savings of up to 25% or more, depending on the system design. Additionally, the exceptionally compact design of Ecotherm's solution can save up to 95% of the tank's floor space, reducing overall initial investment costs and optimizing maintenance expenses during operation while still ensuring the supply of the cleanest hot water, minimizing scale buildup, and providing high heat transfer efficiency.

Ecotherm's flat spiral heat exchanger, also used in the project, helps maximize the heat exchange surface area due to its spiral shape and enhances efficiency through its flat, horizontal design, positioned in the coldest and lowest part of the tank. It is particularly suitable for use with solar energy systems as it optimizes the heat transfer process and minimizes energy consumption.
