The FAVB 200R Grooved Alarm Check Valve is a premium fire protection control valve designed specifically for wet pipe automatic sprinkler systems using grooved piping. Manufactured by PARATECH Korea under the Fesco brand, the valve combines dependable hydraulic performance with simplified installation, making it an ideal solution for modern fire protection projects.

As a key component of wet sprinkler systems, the Alarm Check Valve prevents reverse water flow during normal operation while allowing unrestricted water delivery when one or more sprinkler heads activate during a fire. Once water flows through the valve, the integrated alarm outlet automatically activates hydraulic or electrical alarm devices, providing immediate notification that the sprinkler system is operating.

The grooved-end configuration significantly reduces installation time compared with conventional flanged connections. It allows rapid assembly using grooved couplings while simplifying maintenance, replacement, and future system modifications.
