The High Pressure Dry Pipe Valve is a specialized fire protection control valve developed for high-pressure dry pipe sprinkler systems. Manufactured by PARATECH Korea under the Fesco brand, the valve is an essential component in dry sprinkler installations where the piping network must remain free of water under normal operating conditions to prevent freezing.

The valve is designed to maintain pressurized air or nitrogen within the sprinkler piping during standby conditions while retaining the water supply upstream of the valve. When a fire causes one or more sprinkler heads to operate, the resulting pressure change allows the valve to open automatically, delivering water into the sprinkler piping for immediate fire suppression.

At the same time, the valve detects water flow and automatically generates an electrical alarm signal, providing prompt notification that the fire protection system has been activated. This dual function of water control and alarm signaling enables rapid emergency response while ensuring dependable system performance.

The High Pressure Dry Pipe Valve is particularly suitable for applications where sprinkler piping is installed in environments exposed to low temperatures or freezing conditions, including cold storage warehouses, logistics centers, parking garages, loading docks, industrial facilities, refrigerated buildings, and other unheated areas.
