Supreme Peoples Court Headquarters Project, Hanoi City

PGTECH is honored to be selected as the exclusive distributor of Belimo damper actuators from Europe and the USA for the new headquarters of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam, located at 43 Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi. Along with these premium control devices, PGTECH also supplied a range of MEP solutions supporting the HVAC system, ensuring the project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and energy efficiency.

As a key judicial project of national importance, all equipment was carefully selected for durability, efficiency, and reliability. The Supreme People’s Court Headquarters is built on an area of 6,417 m², consisting of 6 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels. Despite challenges, including the Covid-19 pandemic, the project maintained progress under the leadership of the main contractors Vinhomes and Delta.

With its topping-out ceremony held on April 28, 2020, the new headquarters was scheduled to be completed in time for the 75th anniversary of the People’s Court system (13/9/1945 – 13/9/2020). Once operational, the building will serve as a modern, efficient workplace for the officials, civil servants, and staff of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam.
