The Flamcovent Clean S is a high-performance combined air and dirt separator designed for closed-loop heating and cooling systems. By continuously removing both entrained air and suspended contaminants from circulating water, it helps maintain clean system water, improve hydraulic performance, and extend the service life of HVAC equipment.

The separator protects boilers, chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, control valves, and other hydronic components against damage caused by accumulated dirt and trapped air. Removing these contaminants improves heat transfer efficiency, reduces maintenance requirements, minimizes corrosion, and enhances overall system reliability.

Constructed with a steel body coated with epoxy paint, the Flamcovent Clean S incorporates Dual Zone Flow Diversion technology, which efficiently separates air and dirt while maintaining stable hydraulic performance. The technology is designed to withstand flow velocities of up to 3.0 m/s, with a recommended maximum operating velocity of 1.5 m/s to achieve optimum separation efficiency.

The separator is particularly suitable for both new HVAC installations and retrofit projects, including older systems and open systems converted into closed-loop operation. It is supplied complete with an automatic air vent, isolation valve, and drain valve, allowing convenient commissioning and maintenance.

Available in DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, and DN150, the Flamcovent Clean S provides an efficient two-in-one solution for simultaneous air removal and dirt separation in commercial and industrial hydronic systems.
