The Flamco Clean Smart F PN10 is a high-performance flanged dirt separator specifically engineered for heating and cooling systems, including boiler and chiller installations. It combines advanced dirt separation technology with outstanding hydraulic performance to protect critical HVAC equipment while reducing operating costs.

The separator effectively removes suspended dirt, sand, rust particles, and other contaminants circulating within closed hydronic systems. By preventing the accumulation of debris, it protects boilers, chillers, pumps, control valves, heat exchangers, and other system components against wear, blockage, and premature failure.

Flamco Clean Smart F is particularly beneficial for existing HVAC systems, retrofit projects, and open systems that have been converted into closed-loop systems, where accumulated contaminants often compromise system performance.

Removing dirt particles from the circulating water significantly extends the service life of pumps, valves, controls, and other HVAC components while improving overall system efficiency.

Thanks to Flamco Smart technology, the separator captures even the finest dirt particles, delivering up to 60% higher separation efficiency than conventional dirt separators while maintaining negligible pressure loss. One of Flamco's advanced solutions for chilled water and hot water systems is the Clean Smart automatic dirt separator, which continuously removes suspended impurities—primarily sand, rust, and metallic particles—from closed hydronic circuits. The separated contaminants are collected in a large dirt chamber, reducing cleaning frequency and allowing contaminants to be discharged while the system remains in operation.

Versions equipped with an integrated magnetic assembly provide highly effective removal of ferrous particles, further protecting pumps, heat exchangers, and other sensitive system components.
