The Nexus Fluctus Flanged Manual Balancing Valve with Gear Operator is designed specifically for medium and large pipework where precise hydraulic balancing and ease of operation are essential. The valve combines a static balancing valve with an integrated shut-off function for chilled water and heating circuits. Its patented Fluctus measuring ports provide ±3% measurement accuracy using a fixed Kv measurement principle, allowing precise flow measurement without requiring valve preset adjustments.

For larger valve sizes, the gear-operated handwheel significantly reduces operating torque while providing precise adjustment of flow settings. The valve incorporates a butterfly valve mechanism with an integrated gearbox and flow indication, ensuring smooth operation, reliable balancing, and simplified maintenance. Manufactured with a robust cast iron body and PN16 DIN2501 flanged connections, the Nexus Fluctus series is available in DN65–DN300, with larger sizes up to DN600 available upon request.
