The Belimo NKQ Series Electronic Fail-Safe Actuators are engineered to deliver dependable damper control with advanced electronic fail-safe functionality for HVAC ventilation and building automation systems. Designed using Belimo's patented Electronic Fail-Safe technology, the actuator automatically returns the damper to a predefined safe position during an unexpected power failure, ensuring reliable protection for critical air control applications.

Unlike conventional spring return actuators, the NKQ Series enables users to freely configure the fail-safe position anywhere between 0% and 100%, providing greater flexibility to meet the specific requirements of different HVAC control strategies and life safety systems.

Belimo's patented control management system continuously monitors actuator operation and intelligently prevents unnecessary actuator movement during brief power interruptions. This minimizes unwanted changes in airflow, reduces mechanical wear, and helps maintain stable HVAC system operation.
