The ONICON F-1230 Insertion Turbine Flow Meter is designed to measure conductive water and water-based liquids in HVAC, water treatment and domestic water systems. Its insertion turbine configuration provides a practical solution for flow measurement while delivering digital pulse signals for flow totalization and monitoring.

The F-1230 provides a dual scaled dry-contact digital pulse output, in which each pulse represents a specific unit volume of fluid. This configuration makes the meter particularly suitable for applications requiring accumulated flow measurement, flow totalization or connection to external counters and monitoring equipment.

The meter is suitable for closed-loop chilled water, hot water, condenser water and water/brine solutions used in HVAC systems. It can also be applied to treated water and mixed-water systems, as well as domestic water applications where the appropriate NSF/ANSI 61/372 configuration is specified.

With its insertion turbine design and scaled pulse outputs, the F-1230 is suitable for HVAC hydronic systems and water measurement applications where reliable accumulated flow data is required.
