2-Way Steam Characterized Control Valve

The Belimo 2-Way Steam Control Valve utilizes proven Characterized Control Valve (CCV) technology to provide precise flow control for steam and HVAC applications.

The valve combines the high close-off capability of a ball valve with a specially designed characterized disc that ensures an equal percentage flow characteristic. This design enables smooth temperature regulation and excellent control performance throughout the entire operating range.

The CCV provides Cv values comparable to globe valves of the same size while maintaining the compact design and low pressure loss advantages of ball valve technology.

Air handling units (AHUs)
Heating coils
Cooling coils
Fan coil units (FCUs)
Unit ventilators
VAV reheat coils
Commercial HVAC systems

This model range is specifically available in flanged sizes DN15, DN20, and DN25, making it ideal for small and medium-sized steam control applications.

Belimo also offers larger steam control valves in sizes: DN40, DN50, DN65 & DN80.

For larger piping systems and higher flow requirements, Belimo globe control valves are available up to DN250.
