Electric Ball Control Valve – 2-Way Characterized Control Valve (CCV)

The Belimo DN32 (32A) Electric Ball Control Valve is a 2-way threaded Characterized Control Valve (CCV) designed for precise modulating and On/Off control in HVAC systems. Combining the tight shut-off capability of a ball valve with a specially engineered characterized disc, the valve provides an equal percentage flow characteristic for accurate temperature and flow regulation.

The valve is suitable for air handling systems, heating and cooling coils, ventilation equipment, and VAV reheat applications.

2-Way Threaded Characterized Control Valve (CCV)

The Belimo DN32 Electric Ball Control Valve represents a significant advancement in HVAC control valve technology. The valve combines the superior shut-off performance of a ball valve with Belimo's characterized disc technology, ensuring an equal percentage flow characteristic throughout the control range.

Compared with conventional control valves, the CCV provides control performance similar to globe valves of the same size without requiring additional system design considerations. At the same time, it retains the advantages of ball valve technology, including compact construction, low pressure drop, excellent reliability, and long service life.
