To select the most suitable solutions that meet M&E system design requirements and the practical needs of each project, it is essential to continuously explore and evaluate optimized and high-efficiency technologies.

Every month, PGTECH organizes internal knowledge-sharing sessions to introduce new solutions across departments. These sessions aim to evaluate the practical value and applicability of emerging technologies in the Vietnamese market, with full participation from the Sales & Marketing team, Engineering department, and other relevant units.
Recently, PGTECH has introduced solutions for grease separation in commercial kitchens, as well as oil separation for floor wastewater, industrial oils, and hydrocarbons at gas stations, workshops, car wash stations, factories, and industrial plants. These solutions help capture solid waste and oil/grease before entering the pipeline, thereby preventing water pollution and protecting public wastewater treatment systems from damage.
Currently, PGTECH is the official representative of Techneau, a leading manufacturer of grease and oil separation equipment in France, well-known across Europe and globally. In late October 2023, Mickael – Sales Director of Techneau visited and worked with PGTECH to develop the Vietnamese market through the distribution of product lines such as kitchen grease separators, floor oil separators, dirt separation systems, stormwater treatment solutions, and submersible wastewater pumping stations.

In addition, we have expanded our research to include advanced sensing technologies such as CO and NO₂ gas monitoring sensors from Belimo, a global leader in damper actuators, control valves, and HVAC sensors headquartered in Switzerland.
Previously, widely used sensor types among contractors and investors included temperature sensors, humidity sensors, pressure sensors, CO₂ sensors, and VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) sensors for duct and pipeline applications. However, increasing attention is now being given to CO and NO₂ gas monitoring due to their critical impact on health and safety.
Carbon Monoxide (CO) is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas, slightly lighter than air, typically emitted from gasoline-powered engines. Exposure to CO can cause headaches, dizziness, fatigue, nausea, and in severe cases, confusion or even death.
Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂), commonly emitted from diesel engines, is heavier than air and can worsen respiratory conditions, particularly asthma.
CO and NO₂ monitoring sensors play a vital role in detecting these gases in parking areas, underground basements, garages, and loading zones, ensuring occupant safety. At the same time, they contribute to energy efficiency by activating ventilation systems only when necessary, optimizing fan operation and reducing energy consumption.

Another solution discussed during this session is the dosing pot (chemical dosing vessel) for Chiller and Boiler systems from Flamco, a global leader in hydronic and HVAC solutions.
Flamco’s dosing pot is an innovatively designed device for HVAC systems, offering a complete and user-friendly solution that enhances energy efficiency and extends system lifespan. The unit is integrated into the system to inject chemicals in controlled quantities, helping to treat hard water, prevent scale formation, and reduce corrosion in pipelines.
This solution can also serve as an effective alternative to traditional dosing pump systems, providing a simpler and more reliable method for chemical treatment in HVAC applications.
