PGTECH 10TH ANNIVERSARY – One Journey, Two Milestones, Countless Emotions

The summer of 2026 marked a special milestone in PGTECH’s development journey as the Company’s annual summer trip was combined with the celebration of its 10th Anniversary.

During the 3-day, 3-night journey to Da Nang, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, and Cu Lao Cham, 57 participants, including the Board of Directors, employees, family members, and invited guests, came together to create unforgettable memories while celebrating a decade of growth and achievement for the PGTECH family.

This year’s trip became even more meaningful as it not only commemorated PGTECH’s 10th Anniversary but also coincided with the birthday of Mr. Phuc, the Company’s General Director, during the special Anniversary Gala Dinner.

The choice of Da Nang as the destination also carried special significance. Beyond being one of Vietnam’s most dynamic and rapidly developing cities, Da Nang is home to numerous projects featuring technical solutions and international brands represented by PGTECH across hotels, resorts, urban developments, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities.

For this reason, the journey was more than a leisure trip and team-building opportunity. It was also a moment for all participants to reflect on PGTECH’s 10-year journey, appreciate the values built over the years, and look ahead to new goals for the future.

A Journey of Connection for the PGTECH Family

Departing from Hanoi on June 5, 2026, the PGTECH delegation embarked on its summer trip to the vibrant coastal city of Da Nang. Throughout the journey, participants had the opportunity to visit some of Central Vietnam’s most iconic destinations, including Hoi An Ancient Town, Ba Na Hills, and Cu Lao Cham Island.

Unlike regular business trips, this journey provided valuable time for employees, family members, colleagues, and guests to relax, enjoy new experiences, share personal stories, and strengthen meaningful connections beyond the workplace.

The presence of family members and guests contributed to a warm, friendly, and joyful atmosphere. Exploring destinations together, enjoying local cuisine, and capturing memorable group photos became cherished moments throughout this special journey.

As PGTECH celebrated its 10th Anniversary, choosing Da Nang as the destination for the Summer Trip 2026 carried special meaning.

In addition to being one of Vietnam’s leading tourism and economic centers, Da Nang is also home to numerous projects utilizing technical solutions and equipment supplied by PGTECH across residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

From luxury hotels and resorts to residential complexes, office buildings, industrial plants, and service facilities, many international brands represented by PGTECH have contributed to landmark projects throughout the city.

PGTECH 10TH ANNIVERSARY Gala Dinner – An Evening of Celebration and Reflection

On the evening of June 7, 2026, the exact anniversary date of PGTECH’s establishment, the Company’s 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner was held in a warm, elegant, and emotional atmosphere.

The Gala brought together PGTECH members and invited guests to reconnect, share memorable stories, and reflect on the Company’s meaningful journey over the past decade.

From the Company’s early days and first projects to the expansion of partnerships with international brands and participation in major projects nationwide, every milestone represented the dedication, perseverance, and collective effort of the PGTECH team.

The stories, images, and memories shared throughout the evening created many emotional moments for attendees. They reflected not only the growth of a company but also the personal and professional development of individuals who have grown alongside PGTECH throughout the years.

The evening became even more special as it also coincided with the birthday of Mr. Phuc, General Director of PGTECH. In the warm atmosphere of the PGTECH family, moments of celebration, heartfelt wishes, and shared toasts added a memorable touch to this meaningful occasion.

Cultural Performance Program – When Team Spirit Shines

One of the highlights of this year’s Gala Dinner was the internal cultural performance program organized in celebration of PGTECH’s 10th Anniversary.

Six performances presented by four key departments brought energy, creativity, and excitement to the evening. Despite limited preparation time, each performance was thoughtfully developed with impressive concepts, costumes, stage presentation, and team collaboration.

More than entertainment, the performances demonstrated the spirit of unity, teamwork, and enthusiasm shared across the Company. Outside of their daily professional responsibilities, participants devoted time and effort to rehearsing, supporting one another, and delivering their best performances.

The applause, cheers, and excitement throughout the evening transformed the program into one of the most memorable highlights of the Gala.

More importantly, the performances reflected a dynamic and united PGTECH culture, where individuals are encouraged not only to develop professionally but also to express their talents, creativity, and unique personalities.

One Journey Ends, A New Chapter Begins

As the 3-day, 3-night journey through Da Nang, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills, and Cu Lao Cham came to an end, every participant returned home with not only wonderful memories shared with colleagues, family members, and guests, but also a renewed sense of pride in the 10-year journey built together by the PGTECH team.
