Firefighting and Rescue Training in 2023

As a supplier of solutions for fire valves and firefighting equipment (FPE), PGTECH always emphasizes the importance of knowledge about fire prevention, fighting, and rescue (FPR) in today's life. Therefore, we annually participate in professional training on FPR organized at our facility.

On the morning of December 2, 2023, the Firefighting and Rescue Police Team of Nam Tu Liem District Police organized a training session to disseminate knowledge on FPR for residents, staff, and office workers living and working in buildings CT1 and CT2 of Bac Ha C14, To Huu Street, Trung Van Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi - which is also the address of PGTECH's business office.

Fire prevention, fighting, and rescue work play an extremely important role and are the responsibility of every individual, organization, and business to ensure the safety of people and property. The purpose of the training session was to raise awareness and equip people with professional skills in FPR, contributing to the prevention and limitation of fire and explosion incidents in offices, units, and households.

During the training, a lecturer from the Firefighting Department of the University of Fire Fighting and Prevention provided detailed and specific knowledge on FPR, such as the causes of fires and explosions and prevention measures at the facility; the recent fire and explosion situation in the province and nationwide; methods for handling fire and explosion incidents; and guidance on how to escape in a fire.

After the theoretical training, under the guidance of the Firefighting and Rescue Police Team, PGTECH's employees practiced using on-site firefighting equipment and handling fire situations by extinguishing fires with a fire extinguisher.

The training session achieved its set goals and requirements by actively carrying out effective prevention of fire and explosion incidents. It also raised the sense of responsibility and equipped the company's staff with knowledge and skills on fire prevention, fighting, and rescue.
