Annual Employee Health Check-up in 2023

With a strong focus on employee well-being and a commitment to ensuring workers' rights, PGTECH conducts annual health check-ups for its staff. On November 30 and December 1, 2023, the company provided full health examinations for all employees at the Air Defense - Air Force Institute of Medicine. This annual health check-up is one of PGTECH's key activities for protecting and caring for employee health, bringing benefits to both the employees themselves and the company.

PGTECH chose the Service Health Examination Department of the Air Defense - Air Force Institute of Medicine as the location for the check-ups. The health package was fully advised by doctors and based on a scientific process, including detailed examinations, a team of highly qualified and experienced medical professionals, and specialized equipment.

All PGTECH employees received a comprehensive health screening, including a general clinical examination (ear, nose, throat; dental; eye vision; and body measurements to assess physical condition), hematology and biochemistry tests, urinalysis (to check liver and kidney function, etc.), and diagnostic imaging via thyroid and abdominal ultrasounds.

Following the examination, doctors provided recommendations and guidance on appropriate diets and lifestyles for each employee's health. This helps in the early detection of diseases, allowing for timely treatment plans and suitable health improvements, which in turn fosters a comfortable mindset and enables employees to work with peace of mind.
