They are essentially electric boilers that generate clean steam directly for use in sterilization, drying, or any other clean steam application. The key difference from a conventional boiler is its ability to produce clean steam for direct use without any external heat exchangers. This is because it has a heat exchanger integrated inside the boiler itself.
