The Vincom Xuan Khanh - Can Tho Complex, located in Xuan Khanh ward, Ninh Kieu district, was developed to meet the needs of the vibrant city of Can Tho, a bustling hub in the Mekong Delta. This large-scale complex includes three main sections: a luxury shopping mall, a 30-story 5-star hotel, and the Vincom Shophouse area. Situated in a prime location with the main 30/4 street to the northwest and the Can Tho River to the southeast, the complex offers a direct view of the famous Cai Rang Floating Market. This integrated project provides a modern, well-planned infrastructure, perfect for commerce and business growth.

The Vincom Shophouse Can Tho area covers 20,179 square meters and features 52 shophouse units, ranging from 112 to 185 square meters. These are divided into two sections: Phu Gia and My Gia. Each four-story shophouse, with a wide facade of 7 to 12 meters, has its first floor dedicated to business, while the upper floors serve as the family's living space. Designed in a neo-classical style with cleverly integrated green spaces, these shophouses not only optimize living space but also provide owners with attractive business opportunities.

A key advantage of the shophouses is their location within the Vincom Xuan Khanh - Can Tho Complex, which opened in July 2016. This complex operates under a "One destination - All needs" model, housing well-known fashion brands, a VinMart supermarket, a VinPro electronics store, entertainment areas, and a cinema, making it the most modern and largest complex of its kind in the city.
