The Yooksong Anti-Twist Marine Fire Hose is a specialized firefighting hose developed exclusively for marine, naval, and offshore fire protection applications. While sharing the same innovative self-rotating technology as Yooksong's Anti-Twist Fire Hose series, this marine version incorporates corrosion-resistant materials specifically selected to withstand continuous exposure to seawater and harsh marine environments.

The hose features Yooksong's patented anti-twist mechanism, protected under Korean Patent Nos. 10-1331060 and 10-1331061, allowing the hose to rotate automatically along its axis during water discharge. This eliminates twisting and kinking during deployment, enabling faster hose handling, improved water flow, and greater firefighter safety aboard ships and offshore installations.

Rapid deployment is particularly important in confined marine environments where firefighting operations must often be carried out within narrow corridors, engine rooms, cargo spaces, or exposed deck areas. By preventing hose twisting, the Anti-Twist Marine Fire Hose allows crews to respond more quickly and operate more efficiently during onboard emergencies.

To improve visibility under low-light conditions commonly encountered at sea, the hose is equipped with photoluminescent (glow-in-the-dark) and reflective markings, allowing firefighters and ship crews to locate the hose quickly during night operations, heavy smoke conditions, or emergency power outages.

To maximize corrosion resistance, Yooksong utilizes an EPDM rubber lining with excellent resistance to seawater, weathering, ozone, and aging. The hose is fitted with marine-grade brass couplings, providing superior protection against corrosion compared with conventional hose couplings used in land-based fire protection systems.

The hose has been tested and approved for use by the Republic of Korea Navy (ROK Navy) through FILK, demonstrating compliance with demanding military performance and durability requirements. It is also manufactured in accordance with internationally recognized NFPA and Korean Register (KR) standards for marine firefighting equipment.
