Mô tả sản phẩm

INTA, a UK manufacturer of water and plumbing solutions, has developed ActivFlo Pro as a catalytic water treatment system for controlling the effects of minerals such as calcium and magnesium associated with hard water. By conditioning hard water, the system helps reduce the formation and adhesion of mineral deposits in water-using equipment, pipework and other components.

In swimming-pool applications, hard water can contribute to cloudy water, mineral deposits on pool surfaces, and scale accumulation in valves, pipework and associated water-treatment equipment. Deposits can also make pool surfaces and equipment more difficult to clean and maintain.

Installing an ActivFlo Pro hard water treatment system for swimming pools provides a chemical-free approach to controlling the effects of hard water. The system is installed inline within the water circuit, helping condition the water before it reaches downstream equipment and pool components.

ActivFlo Pro can also be considered for other water systems where hard-water scale may affect equipment performance, including boilers, heating systems, cooling towers, chillers, condensers and building water pipework.

Hard Water Treatment for Chiller and Industrial Water Systems

Hard-water control is an important consideration in industrial HVAC systems, particularly chilled-water and boiler systems. Without an appropriate strategy for managing mineral deposits, scale accumulation can contribute to increased maintenance requirements, reduced heat-transfer performance and premature deterioration of water-system components.

ActivFlo Pro provides an inline catalytic treatment option that does not require salt regeneration or chemical dosing. Its compact configuration makes it suitable for integration into existing water pipelines where space, operating simplicity and maintenance requirements are important considerations.

For swimming pools, commercial buildings and industrial water systems, the technology can therefore be considered as part of a broader strategy for limescale control, equipment protection and water-system maintenance.

PGTECH provides consulting and supply of INTA ActivFlo Pro industrial hard water treatment systems in Vietnam, supporting applications ranging from swimming pools and commercial buildings to industrial HVAC and water systems.

Available ActivFlo Pro Sizes

ActivFlo Pro is available in a broad range of nominal connection sizes to accommodate different swimming-pool, commercial and industrial water-flow requirements: DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65, DN80, DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200 and DN250.

The range is designed to address hard-water conditions associated with mineral content such as calcium and magnesium, from smaller domestic and commercial systems through to larger industrial water networks.

For swimming-pool systems, the appropriate ActivFlo Pro model should be selected according to the pipe diameter, design flow rate, water-system configuration and operating conditions rather than simply selecting a unit based on pipe size alone.
