High Performance Butterfly Control Valve – HD & HDU Series

The Belimo HD & HDU Series butterfly valves incorporate an advanced disc and seat design that provides outstanding sealing performance under varying pressure and temperature conditions. The resilient seat construction allows the valve to maintain tight shut-off capability while minimizing leakage and improving overall system efficiency.

The unique seat design generates sealing energy under low-pressure and vacuum conditions, ensuring reliable operation even in demanding HVAC applications. Under higher pressure conditions, the seat geometry is engineered to control and guide seat movement toward the disc edge, maintaining effective sealing performance and extending valve service life.

Designed for ANSI Class 150 and ANSI Class 300 systems, the HD & HDU butterfly valve series is ideally suited for high-performance HVAC and industrial fluid control applications where dependable shut-off and accurate flow regulation are essential.
